We are Trinity Care SLS, LLC a supported living agency based in Sacramento
California. Our mission is to provide a client-centered service and support primarily for
Californians with intellectual developmental disabilities. Individuals served by Trinity Care SLS,
LLC, are clients of the Alta California Regional Center (ACRC). The regional center provides
funding from the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to meet the needs of
qualified individuals and/or their families. The agency strongly believes that the clients have the
same rights as normal individuals and deserve the utmost support and assistance needed, which
will eventually lead towards independence and self-reliance. Furthermore, Trinity Care SLS,
LLC is committed to empowering and preserving the client’s rights as it pertains to selfdetermination so that the client’s may safely thrive as members of their respective community.

Our Opportunities

Job Description – Community Resource Specialists
The Community Resource Specialist’s primary role will be to give support tailored to fit the
specific needs and desires of each developmentally disabled individual, with the goal of enabling
them to live as independently as possible. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be
responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment. You will foster each individual’s
growth and facilitate the development of their independence and self-help skills. Community
Resource Specialists are expected to recognize when an individual is facing a crisis and guide
them to resolution and/or support them in securing the appropriate psychiatric and/or medical
services as needed.
