Our personal care services are hands-on and tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all holidays and weekends.

Maxim is a leading provider of private duty nursing services nationwide. We provide skilled nursing care for adults with complex medical needs, military service members, veterans and their families. Our PDN services are commonly used by individuals with traumatic injuries and progressing degenerative diseases such as ALS.

Private duty nursing has been shown to be less expensive than a facility stay, and you have several options to pay for PDN, including Medicaid, private insurance and private funds. Our patients and families have access to on-call support 24/7/365.
