In the Employment Job Coach position you will:

In the role of Employment Job Coach you will join a team that uses an innovative and person centered approach to support adults with developmental disabilities to gain skills that will empower them to achieve meaningful employment. Southside Unlimited’s mission is to empower individuals to develop skills to live a purposeful and meaningful life.
Direct Support Professionals (Adaptive Skills Trainers)
Southside Unlimited has an opening in their Passage Programs for Adaptive Skills Trainer's (AST) who support and train adults with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges in a community based setting. AST's provide support with life skills, behavioral support training, job development and training, creative problem solving, and teamwork.
