UCP gives adults and children with all types of developmental disabilities the chance to grow, thrive and feel included.  Our programs and services include in-home respite support, adult day program services, independent living services, transportation, camp, and recreation programs. Through our programs and services, we offer individuals hope, confidence, promise, and the opportunity to live life without limits. Every day, UCP makes a difference in the lives of the people we work with. It’s pretty rewarding work. In fact, we think it’s amazing.

Our Opportunities

UCP is regularly hiring for the following positions:

• In-Home Respite Workers, (PT & FT, Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Nevada, and Yolo County)


• Adult Program DSP (FT, Sacramento & Yolo County)


• Drivers-Class C and B (FT, Sacramento, Yolo, and El Dorado County)


• UCP also offers opportunities for administration and supervisory positions on our Respite Admin team, our Transportation Dispatch team, and our Administrative teams (Operations, Payroll, HR, etc.)
