On My Own Independent Living Services

 



On My Own began in 2001 providing Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities in the Greater Sacramento Area and the nine surrounding counties. Today, in addition to Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS), On My Own provides Empowered Parenting (EPP), In-Home Respite (IHR), and Tailored Day Services (TDS). We also work with the county Child Protective Services (CPS) system.

Our Opportunities

We have many employment opportunities available:

Direct Service Provider in our Supported Living Services Program (provides in-home support for disabled adults to stay healthy and safe in their homes and community)

Independent Living Services Facilitator (provides services for adult clients to live on their own in their home and community)

Empowered Parenting Facilitator (provides skill training to successfully parent a child in the home or the child's natural environment)

In-Home Respite Provider (for children and adults in the family home)
