Strategies to Empower People is an agency which provides a variety of supports and services to adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in the greater Sacramento area, North Bay area, and Yuba/Sutter/Placer areas.
We provide direct support, independent living supports, tailored day services, behavioral supports, and many other types of services!
