We offer a variety of consumer services designed to educate, facilitate, train and assist individuals to reach their full potential and live life to the fullest.

Our services are person-centered; dedicated to providing every individual with the tailored support they deserve. This includes Person-Centered Planning, or a set of approaches designed to assist an individual plan their life and supports. CVTC’s person-centered approach recognizes the rights of the individuals to make informed choices while building on the strengths, skills, and contributions of the individual and those who know and care about the individual.

BEHAVIOR SUPPORT
The person is at the core of what we do. First, we seek to understand what is going on from the person’s perspective. We listen to their forms of communication. Once an understanding is formulated regarding “why”, we implement processes for skill assessment, goals, education, training, and along with progress tracking, behavior changes occur in the person.

Certified, licensed behavior professionals work directly with our teams to provide behavior intervention level services. Clinical support, including enhanced assessments, and intensive recommendations for individuals who need a greater level of support. Please inquire at the program regarding the availability of behavior intervention services.

SELF ADVOCACY
helping consumers learn how to speak up for themselves take part in decision making for their interest and goals. Which includes cooking, gardening, arts/ craft, music class, activity sheets, health, self-care and Participation in special Olympic. Among many other activities.

COMMUNITY INTEGRATION
We provide individualized training and support that facilitates the skills development needed for community integration.

Walls Free offers opportunities for enhanced learning and skill utilization in a community integrated environment. We provide individualized training and support that facilitates the skill development needed for community integration.

Our approach is multi-faceted, and includes services for enhancing skills in the following areas: Social skills, pedestrian safety, public transportation, community resources, entertainment, exercise, dining, shopping, budgeting, self-advocacy, education, volunteering, and going to community events like local sports games, bowling, etc....

VOCATIONAL
Our training includes assessment, discovery, employment preparedness, job seeking skills, interviewing, placement, and ongoing supports such as job coaching. This includes job fairs, resumes building, Volunteering in the community. We have contacted employers such as Home Depot, Lowe, Taco Bell, Food for less and many more.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE
RAPID is a mobile response service offering 24/7 support for individuals in crisis. We work diligently to stabilize the crisis, teach the individual crisis management skills, and collaborate with community resources to ensure the individual’s success in future placements.
