Understanding Needed Integration

Understanding Needed Integration LLC (U.N.I) is a community-based support service that supports adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, judicially involved, and those who display enhanced behavior through 1:1 supportive employment services, mental and behavioral support and linkage to other supports.

We strive to empower and transform our clients by using an individualized person-centered approach, allowing individuals to integrate into their community and fulfill their needs, wants, desires, and dreams.
