Job Summary:
Seeking a Certified Administrator with relevant Title 17 experience to assist with the initial vendorization process of a new adult residential facility. This opportunity includes a monthly stipend during the vendorization phase and a sign-on bonus upon successful completion.

The Residential Care Provider plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care to adults in a residential setting. This position involves supporting residents with daily living tasks, encouraging independence, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate staff or healthcare providers.
Plan, participate in, and encourage involvement in recreational and social activities.
Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy living environment by following established health and safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, family members, and team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided, resident activities, and any incidents.
Support residents in pursuing and achieving personal goals.
Administer and assist with medications according to facility policies and relevant regulations.
Engage in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve caregiving skills and knowledge.
