WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dependable people to join our ABA Program in a part-time role. You don’t need to have experience in ABA—we’ll teach you everything you need to know through our comprehensive paid training program.

If you enjoy working with children and families, want to make a difference, and are open to learning new skills, this could be a great fit for you. ABA therapy takes place in the client’s home, where you’ll work one-on-one with children, teens, or adults to help them build invaluable life skills. You’ll be guided by a clinical team and supported by experienced colleagues every step of the way.

Our training program includes:
-In-person clinical training
-Shadowing and learning from experienced staff
-Online RBT training

With this training, you will feel prepared and confident to support clients in reaching their goals while also growing your own skills. Over time, you’ll have opportunities for leadership, additional certifications, and career growth.

AREAS WE SERVE
We work with clients in various cities across the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles, including (but not limited to): Torrance, South Gate, Huntington Park, Whittier, El Monte, Baldwin Park, South LA, East LA, San Gabriel, Pomona, and surrounding areas.
