DSP Collaborative Job Fair a Huge Success — More Opportunities Coming Soon

DSP Collaborative’s March job fair was a major success, bringing together Los Angeles County service providers and individuals interested in meaningful careers as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Designed to strengthen workforce development across the region, the event created a dynamic space where job seekers and service providers could connect, engage, and explore opportunities to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The energy throughout the day reflected a shared commitment to building a stronger, more compassionate workforce.
